Downtown Los Angeles' iconic Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites recently filled with some of Hollywood's biggest faces for the filming of Rihanna's Savage x Fenty Show Vol. 3. The billionaire entrepreneur talked all things body inclusivity and, lucky for us, dropped some deets on her upcoming album.
"You're not going to expect what you hear. Just put that in our mind," Rihanna said of her new music shortly before the taping of the latest Savage x Fenty Show began. The Barbados Babe hasn't blessed fans with new music since ANTI came out in January of 2016. And while some of us are still listening to the hit record on repeat, RiRi has been busy getting back in the studio.

But things will sound very different this time. "Whatever you know of Rihanna is not going to be what you hear," the Grammy-winner explained. "I'm really experimenting. Music is like fashion. You should be able to play. I should be able to wear whatever I want. I treat music the same way. So I'm having fun, and it's going to be completely different."
Music was obviously not the only thing on Rihanna's mind before filming the lingerie show. The highly-anticipated event will feature performances by Nas, Ricky Martin, and Normani, to name a few. But most importantly, it will be another body-positive event celebrating all bodies in some of the sexiest fits out there.
"The catsuits, the crotchless," RiRi said of the merch we'll see modeled. "All the bras that make my boobies sit up, because, you know, I'm 33 now. They're not where they used to be. I'm just looking forward to actually seeing my pieces on the talent, seeing it on so many different body shapes and silhouettes, because that's what brings the pieces to life."
And this time around, Rihanna's putting a special spotlight on the men. "Men, especially, there's always a certain figure that represents them in this space of lingerie and loungewear and boxers and briefs ... We're going to have men of all different sizes, all different races," she shared. "We're going to have men feel included as well because I think men have been left behind in the inclusion curve."
You can catch the Savage x Fenty Vol. 3 show on Amazon Prime come September 24th.
