Kardashian family relationships are anything but simple. There's undoubtedly a lot of love, but it's not without its drama. During the premiere of The Kardashians on Hulu, Khloe Kardashian found herself in a tough spot when it came to the relationship between her sister Kourtney and her good friend Scott Disick.
In the episode, Khloe can be seen having a heart-to-heart with her sister's ex over his heartbreak. She comforted Scott as Kourtney begins a new chapter in her life with her new fiancé Travis Barker. "This is probably the first time in 15 years that we have had a really long break from having cameras follow our every move. And I think it got a little lonely," the 38-year-old confessed. "Honestly, I think for the first time in my life, it is finally starting to change. Now that Kourtney has her life with Travis, as hard as it is, it does give me a place to finally be able to move on."
When the youngest Kardashian sister asked Scott whether he would feel more comfortable distancing himself from the family for a while, the father-of-three had a candid response. "Feeling left out and not being told anything is super hurtful - especially when I don't have another family to go to . . . I'd rather be around them and be around my family than not at all." Disick, whose parents both died in 2013, has been close to the Kardashian family for a long time. After he and the eldest Kardashian sister dated for almost a decade, they called it quits in 2015 - with no going back. Scott called losing Kourtney romantically "probably one of the more difficult things in [his] life."

Twitter reacted to the vulnerable conversation on-screen between Khloé and Scott, with one social media user praising the genuine discussion. "@khloekardashian that conversation with You and Scott was WOW! He has grown so much!!" the user wrote. "You are amazing khloe. We can all relate.. what a great and extremely hard, honest and open conversation.." The KUWTK star's response was just as wholesome: "tough position to be in, but we are all a family, and communication can fix anything."
