The Princess of Pop might not be a fan of all those documentaries discussing her life, but she certainly stans the #FreeBritney movement. Here's what our gal had to say in an emotional post dedicated to the fan-run revolution.

Long before Hulu or Netflix covered the injustice that has been Britney's conservatorship, a group of loyal fans was on top of the whole issue. These die-harders realized years ago that something was sus about the Toxic singer's life under her dad's control. They studied paparazzi pictures, followed her whereabouts, and analyzed social media posts. Their conclusion? Spears was being controlled and a prisoner in her own life.

But the fans didn't stop there: they took to social media and the streets to raise awareness and protest the conservatorship. It's hard to know how long it would've taken for everything to come to life if it wasn't for them. And we're not the only ones who think so... the royal highness herself took to the Gram to give a shoutout to her #FreeBritney supporters.

"#FreeBritney movement ... I have no words," the post began. "Because of you guys and your constant resilience in freeing me from my conservatorship ... my life is now in that direction !!!!! I cried last night for two hours cause my fans are the best and I know it ... I feel your hearts and you feel mine ... that much I know is true !!!!!"

Britney celebrated a huge win recently when the court finally took her dad, Jamie, off of her conservatorship. Los Angeles's Judge Brenda Penny fulfilled the Grammy-winners request to have him suspended as conservator of her multi-million dollar estate and personal life. The decision, which comes thirteen years after the conservatorship started, came as a big relief.

"Although there is change and things to celebrate in my life, I still have a lot of healing to do," Britney said after news broke about Jamie's suspension. "Thankfully I have a good support system and am taking time to understand it's ok to slow down and breathe !!!!! Only through self love I can pray ... love ... and support others in return !!!!"

Cheers to self-healing and to freeing Britney!
