We can't keep up with Nick Cannon! Alongside his debut as an excellent host, rapper, and comedian, he is also well known for his multiple relationships. While he has recently revealed the exciting news of expecting his tenth child and third child with Brittany Bell, it is impossible to ignore his extensive open relationship with Abby De La Rosa.
The "Wild 'N Out" 41-year-old host is clearly a family man. While he has admitted to having as many kids "on purpose," we can only wonder how the various mothers feel about the situation. His, perhaps most famous, and first baby mama was the famous singer and Grammy-award winner Mariah Carey, The pair share a set of fraternal twins, Monroe and Moroccan, who are now 11 years old. Following his relationship with the whistle-tone wonder, Cannon went on to have children with Alyssa Scott, Bre Tiesi, Abby De La Rosa, and Brittany Bell. He is now the proud father to ten children, and it doesn't look like he's done with love just yet. Currently, Cannon is prepping for his newborn while simultaneously maintaining a polyamorous relationship with Abby De La, who is now dishing the deets on the situation.
Abby De La Rosa, who already shares 14-month-old twins with Cannon, Zion Mixolydian, and Zillion Heir, has shared her careless thoughts on what other people think. She told Shan Boodram on an episode of the Lovers and Friends podcast, "Being in a polyamorous relationship doesn't mean you have low self-esteem or self-worth." She continues to defend herself and her relationship with the super-dad, explaining that she becomes "hypersensitive" when people decide to attack her and her journey as a mother. While she hasn't "even scratched the surface" of motherhood, she feels her choice to be in a relationship with Cannon should "not change or take away from the type of mother" she is. She hopes her children will grow up and admire her parent's strength and love for each other, that they did it their way, "even if it doesn't make sense to people around them." De La Rosa has acknowledged this is "not her forever" but is happy where she is with two beautiful children and another on the way. Still, we've got to hand it to Cannon to manage ten kids and maintain a healthy relationship with all five mothers.
Considering the entirety of crazy celebrity romances, we think Cannon might just go down in polyamory history. He has maintained a good amount of respect for his children's mothers, so if they aren't bothered, we shouldn't be either. We also can't ignore the fact that he has the cutest kids ever!
