Easy Homemade Face Masks that Will Make Your Bathroom Feel Like a Spa

There comes a time every so often when the only thing that will make us feel better after a long day is a nice facemask. But, getting one from the corner store might not always be the best option when it comes to caring for our skin. So, we've put together some fun recipes to try for a great at-home spa session.
First is a green-style mask made from half of an avocado and 1/4 of blended cucumber. "This is a great remedy for decongested pores," said skin expert Lorraine Scrivener. By smoothing this mixture on your face, you'll experience a lovely cooling sensation coupled with an activated defense force against blemishes and breakouts.
For this next mask, we're focused on minimizing pores. You'll need 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a bit of lemon juice. Mix them together well, and here's what it'll do: The egg and lemon will tighten the skin while the honey boosts moisture. Leave it for 10 minutes, and enjoy the super-soft feel after rinsing it off.
Clean Beauty's co-founder Dominika Minarovic explained how helpful honey could be when it comes to keeping the face soft, plump, and full of moisture. "It's a wonder ingredient...Massaged on to affected areas, it helps with the appearance of scars and increases both healing and tissue regeneration," she explained.
Finally, let's hydrate and nourish our faces! For this concoction, you'll need 1/2 an avocado, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a handful of oats. While this might sound like a pretty delicious breakfast, this mixture doubles as a way to keep moisture inside the skin without it getting oily. So, who's ready for an at-home spa day?
