Does anyone else constantly hit that snooze button trying to squeeze in those extra 5 minutes? While it may be nice to get that additional shut-eye, it's no fun having to dread getting out of bed each morning. Luckily for you, we have the best hacks to implement into your life to make your morning routine a bit easier. Here they are.
If you really want more sleep in the a.m, try to prep as much as you can the night before. First, think or jot down a list of things that need to be completed for the following day. Next up, its time to prepare for the future you (who will be thankful you did this). Picking out a cute outfit can take ages, so to minimize that stress at the start of your day, do the mixing and matching the night before and have the clothes already laid out. That takes one step off your routine. But to get even more free time, prep your meals - especially breakfast and lunch. Now, of course, we don't expect anyone to pre-cook a veggie omelet or anything, but instead either cut up your veggies beforehand Or better yet, make overnight oats or a similar recipe, so all you have to do the next day is enjoy your meal!
Speaking of getting things done ahead of time, pack your gym bag in advance so you can't convince yourself to skip the gym. Get a cute and convenient bag, and every night, place your workout set, water bottle, protein bar, and whatever else you'll need so all you gotta do is grab and go. Trust us... you'll thank us later for this one - especially because with all this preparation, you'll have so much more free time in the morning to spend with yourself!

But don't just scroll thru the 'gram half-awake, instead, get up, make yourself a delicious warm beverage and enjoy the start of your day. After all, the way the morning starts will impact how you feel for the following hours. So enjoy your coffee, do a meditation, and maybe try a few gratitude journal prompts to really get yourself in a positive mindset. Have a good day!
