TikTok content creator and influencer Cooper Noriega, who had over 2 million followers on the app, passed away last week in California. The 19-year-old social media guru was found unresponsive in a parking lot following a cryptic message he posted just hours earlier; however, there is no update on a cause of death. Noriega's followers and fellow TikTok stars have joined together to grieve and express how much they love and miss him...

The young TikTok star joined the social media platform in 2019 and instantly grew a strong following. He was famous for his comedy skits, chats, and lip-sync videos. Noriega used his platform to talk about his love for fashion and openly discuss his struggles with mental health. The TikTok creator recently began a website dedicated to mental health issues, calling it a "Discord for mental health strictly." "If you're really into getting your emotions out, or whatever, come join," the TikTok creator shared. "I created [the Discord] because of how much I love you guys and how much I struggle with it myself. I want you guys to not be alone and [to] feel safe."

Just before his death, Noriega posted a disturbing video via TikTok showing him in bed with the text reading, "who else b thinking they gon d!€ young af." His followers commented on his posts supporting the young TikTok star, saying they would miss him. The message worried his followers, especially after he shared more about his struggle with substance abuse during recent weeks - on Barstool's "BFFs" podcast. The influencer has been open about his struggles that started as early as nine years old.
