She's already made her presence known on TikTok. But in only a matter of time, Nikita Dragun will be busy dominating a different screen. From the plot to the release date, here's what to know about the influencer's upcoming Netflix series.
Ever wonder what life as an influencer looks like? Titled The Hype House, Nikita's upcoming series will be showing us exactly that. Get ready to go behind closed doors as Netflix takes us on a journey of TikTok's Hype House mansion. Not only will we be watching Dragun show us how it's done, but she'll also be breaking taboos in the process.
"In my journey as a trans woman whenever I walk through that door of the Hype House all of these people have accepted me for who I am," the TikTok beauty gushed in the trailer (above). That being said, though, it hasn't been easy getting to where she is today - as she'll happily remind you herself. "I am a survivor," Dragun reflected on Instagram.
"I am a lot of things - but I am just a girl with a dream. Delusional and all." But despite the backlash and battles with mental health her time in the spotlight has called for, Nikita will forever stand tall. "No one will ever take my wish or beliefs away from me. To my family and friends, I love u and I am okay." And we love to see it.
But in addition to Miss Dragun, of course, we'll actually be getting a closer look at lots of other familiar faces. From Hype House co-founder, Thomas Petrou to fellow member Chase "Lil Huddy" Hudson, the show's cast have been working hard on this project for quite some time now - 2 years, to be exact. "I’m so excited," Petrou himself explained. "This is something I’ve been working on for the last 2 years and I can’t wait for you guys to see it!" That being said, be sure to tune in on January 7, when The Hype House debuts, exclusively on Netflix.
Until then, stay tuned.
