He might be used to putting a smile on our faces, but Jonah Hill's latest headline is no laughing matter. The Hollywood funny guy recently opened up about his weight-loss journey and the body-shaming it called for. Here's what he had to say for himself...
It all started when the 21 Jump Street star took to Instagram with his latest post. Only instead of another selfie or scene from set, Hill had something else on his mind - something far more important, if you ask us. In a lengthy, heartfelt post, the actor opened up about his struggles with life in the public eye, more specifically surrounding his appearance.

"I know you mean well but I kindly ask that you not comment on my body," Hill pleaded to his followers. "Good or bad I want to politely let you know it’s not helpful and doesn’t feel good. Much respect." We couldn't agree more. Unfortunately, though, this isn't the first time the actor had to take a stand against body-shamers.
In case you forgot, just a few months ago, the Hollywood star slammed a British news outlet for leaking pictures of him shirtless at the beach. "The idea that the media tries to play me by stalking me while surfing and printing photos like this and it can’t phase me anymore is dope," Hill hit back. But don't feel bad for the guy. In fact, Jonah's doing just fine...
“It’s definitely not a ‘feel bad for me post,’” the legend assured. “It’s for the the kids who don’t take their shirt off at the pool. Have fun. You’re wonderful and awesome and perfect. All my love.” Safe to say, whether he’s making us laugh or preaching body positivity online, there’s a good reason Jonah Hill has been dominating Hollywood for over a decade.
And from the sounds of it? He's just getting started. Get ready to catch the legend back in action when his latest adventure, Don't Look Up, releases in December.
Until then, stay tuned.
